Removes utm_*, fbclid, gclid, msclkid, mc_*, yclid, igshid, ref and similar identifiers, and unwraps l.facebook.com, google.com/url, t.co-style wrappers when the target is in the link. Short links (bit.ly) cannot be expanded without visiting them, so they are left as they are.
